This Privacy Policy is provided by J.G. Wentworth ("the Company"), on behalf of itself and certain of the various companies that it owns. Your privacy is important to us. This Financial Privacy Statement applies to all customer information we obtain. In Section II, the Company explains some Additional Protections for Confidential Health and Medical Information. Some members of the Company PT may collect confidential health and medical information in connection with requested transactions. If you are asked for non-public personal health information, you will be provided a separate disclosure explaining how that information will be protected and used. In Section III, the Company provides a Website Privacy Statement, which describes the information we collect when you visit or use our website. Lastly, in Section IV, we list the companies to which this Privacy Policy applies.

If we have no prior relationship with you, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we send you this notice by mail. When you are no longer our customer, we will continue to share your information as described in this notice. However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.
Direct marketing is email, postal mail and telephone marketing. Your opt-out choices will last until you cancel them in writing or electronically, subject to applicable law. Even if you limit direct marketing, we may still contact you to service your transaction or as otherwise allowed by law.
Companies owned by the Company may choose not to share personal information with Affiliates or Non-affiliates, even if that sharing is generally allowed.

Definitions
Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our Affiliates include companies that acquire assets such as structured settlement payment streams and lottery payment
streams, or offer other asset-backed transactions. Every company in that family is an Affiliate of every other company in that family. If you establish a relationship with one company on that list, every
other company on that list will be considered an Affiliate.
Non-affiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Joint marketing
A formal agreement between Nonaffiliated companies that together market transactions to you.

Vermont: In accordance with Vermont law, we will not share information we collect about Vermont residents with companies outside of our corporate family, except as permitted by law, such as with your consent, to service or audit or fund your transactions or with financial institutions (or other companies) with which we have joint marketing agreements. We will not share information about your creditworthiness within our corporate family except with your authorization or consent< but we may share information about our transactions or experiences with you within our corporate family without your consent.
California: the Company has a policy of not disclosing personal information of customers to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes if the customer has exercised an option that prevents that information from being disclosed to third parties for those purposes. You may exercise such an option by following the directions of this Privacy Policy. In accordance with California law, we will not share information we collect about you with companies outside of the Company, unless the law allows. For example, we may share information with your consent, to service or audit or fund your transactions, or to provide benefits you are entitled to.
